What She Accomplished
– Lost 25 pounds

– Small Group Training – Bootcamp and HIIT for the Cycle with David.
When I first joined Innovative Health & Fitness, I had not worked out in 10 to 15 years. I became very sedentary, gained weight and developed diabetes. I started training with Katie twice per week and slowly increased the amount of exercise and visits to the gym. I now visit the gym five or six times per week and have mixed in small group classes, along with regular group classes and feel much better than I used to.
I had tried many weight loss programs previously and lost weight, but was never able to sustain the loss and would gain even more back. With working out and slowly changing the way I eat, the progress is slower but much more consistent and sustainable. Adding the exercise has made a huge difference.
I have more flexibility, more muscle tone, much better physical endurance, my blood sugars have decreased from needing to start diabetes medications to almost normal, and I have lost weight. I feel better now at 51 than I did at 40! Katie has made a huge difference in my life with the weight training and nutritional advice and has also become a great friend. To me, there is no better gym than Innovative!
