What She Accomplished
– Lost 106 pounds
How She did it:
– Trained twice a week with Josh Z.
– Revamped her diet by eating smaller, healthier portions.
– Cut out soda.
I was trying to play with my nephews one day and was just too tired to do anything with them. I had no energy. That was the final straw. I knew I needed to lose weight. When I started at Innovative Health & Fitness, my main goal was to increase my energy. I wanted to be able to play with my nephews.
It has been hard work since I started. I am forming a new life style. My Fitness Professional Josh has made it interesting with all the different exercises. I like the way he pushes me to do more.
Since becoming active at Innovative Health & Fitness, I’ve lost 106 pounds. I have more energy. I am stronger. My breathing is better. All around I feel better. I plan to keep working with Josh and continue to focus on eating healthier.
