I originally started working out at Innovative Health & Fitness with my daughter in June of 2016. We joined the summer fitness challenge with Tiffany and did small group classes two times per week. This was a great way to get to know Tiffany and the atmosphere at Innovative. Throughout the summer, both my daughter and I saw results from the fitness challenge, so at the end of the summer, I decided to join the club. I continued personal training with Tiffany two times per week since August.
I have tried many fitness methods in the past including many health clubs and have even done personal training, but have never seen results like this. Some of these methods worked for a short time, but never seemed to become part of my lifestyle, so I always reverted back to my old habits. Since I started at Innovative, I have made a complete lifestyle change. I changed my eating habits, and stopped eating junk food. I took the diet and exercise suggestions from Tiffany and worked them into my life.
Working out is not a burden anymore like it seemed when I was with other trainers. I work out with Tiffany two times per week and come in by myself on Sunday mornings. Thanks to the friendly staff, and the clean and inviting environment this has become my lifestyle and not just a short term goal. Since June, I have dropped two pants sizes and one shirt size. I have more energy to do the things I want and feel great about my lifestyle as well as my appearance. I look forward to continuing to reach my goals with Tiffany in the future.
