What he accomplished
- Lost 152 pounds and 18 inches.
How he did it:
- Trains weekly with Josh.
- Works out on own 5-6 times a week doing cardio and body weight exercises.
I train with Josh once a week, in addition to coming by myself 5-6 times a week, doing mostly cardio and body weight exercises. Friends and family all said how friendly of an environment the gym is, in addition to how great of equipment there is.
I joined Innovative Health & Fitness thinking the past would repeat itself. I had always failed in trying to accomplish my weight loss and overall health goals. After about a month of going to the gym consistently, I began to see the results. I was down 20 pounds within a month. After six months, I was down around 60 pounds. It’s now 14 months later and I’m down 152 pounds.
Throughout that time, I met with trainer Josh. He has been a great help to my success. He kept me motivated to get to the gym. Along with being a great resource for lifting programs, he also helped me with nutrition information. Innovative continues to be a great environment to keep achieving my health goals.
