Like many others, I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I would lose weight and then gain it back over and over. Last year, I was at a low point in my life. I was the heaviest I had ever been and was disgusted by what I saw in the mirror. I was ready to make the effort to get healthy, but I knew I needed help.
When I joined Innovative and met with my personal trainer, Tiffany, for the first time, one of my main goals was not only losing the weight, but keeping it off. Eating-wise, she had me start small: I focused on one unhealthy eating habit I could change, and then moved on to the next one once I got used to it. Training with her 3 times a month also helped hold me accountable.
With the help of Tiffany, the support of my family and friends, and a lot of hard work and dedication, I have adopted a complete lifestyle change. My eating habits are under control and I look forward to going to the gym, instead of dreading it. In 9 months, I have lost 50 pounds and am beyond happy with what I see when I look in the mirror!
