I joined Innovative Health & Fitness shortly after I moved back from Arizona. I had belonged to other health clubs in the past, but I loved the location and the setup of the club.

I was in an accident a few years ago, I fell down three flights of concrete steps and really messed up my body. What I didn’t realize was I shattered my self-confidence, as well. I leaned toward exercises I felt were safe – I stayed in my comfort zone. I was afraid of getting injured again.

I took advantage of my introductory personal training sessions through which I met Luke Drumel. It was a big step in the right direction for me.
Luke focused on nutrition, proper form and encouraged me to challenge myself. He introduced me to new workouts and training techniques, in addition to proper stretching and warm up exercises to help me get the most out of my workouts.

It wasn’t just about weight loss, it was the accomplishment of getting past mental road blocks that were holding me back. I cannot say enough good things about Luke. He truly cares about his clients and goes out of his way to make sure you are getting what you need out of your sessions. He provides the perfect balance of support while pushing you to step outside your comfort zone and take it to the next level. He has a great sense of humor and makes me look forward to coming to the gym. Luke always makes me feel like he is my partner in my journey to a better, healthier version of me and he takes that commitment to heart. How can you not be motivated when someone is so vested in your success?
