I came to Innovative Health & Fitness because I knew I needed to improve my health. I heard great things about the gym and thought I would check it out for myself.

The turning point for me was one day while I was trying to play with my nephews and I was just too tired. I knew I needed to change my lifestyle or I was never going to be able to do anything with them. When I started at Innovative Health & Fitness, I was just trying to increase my energy. I ended up gaining so much more than that.

It has been a lot of hard work since I started. Personal Trainer Josh has been great. We started training two days a week and have since increased to three days a week. I also come in on my own. I have gotten to the point where I don’t feel right during the day unless I get to the gym.

With Josh’s help, I have currently lost 164 pounds! I have more energy and confidence than I ever thought possible. I have met the man of my dreams and am preparing to be married in November of this year. I never thought this would be possible and I feel that it is all because I got healthier and have a better outlook on life.
