What brings him to Innovative Health & Fitness
The indoor track for running. However, once David tried lifting weights, it quickly became his number one workout. He says lifting pushes his body for excellence!
What’s his routine?
Lifting weights and hitting the elliptical five days a week. In addition, David loves the battle rope for strength and endurance training.
