What brings her to Innovative Health & Fitness
Shana needed a gym that had extended hours with lots of options. Innovative gave her lots of options for classes and the equipment for strength training.
What has she achieved?
Shana has lost almost 40 pounds and approximately 10 inches since Thanksgiving.
