What’s his routine?
Art attends Zumba three times a week, hits the treadmill three to four times a week, and does resistance training three times a week. In addition, he follows a low-fat / low-carb / moderate-protein diet.
What has he achieved?
Art dropped 16% body fat, 30 pounds, and 18 inches.
“I have been a member of Innovative Health since before the building was even done being built back in June of 2002. Even then, I could tell back then that Innovative was going to be my home away from home. My health has gone up and down over the years, but having Innovative has helped me buckle down. I have finally reached a fitness level that I have waited my whole life to achieve, and I could not be happier. Through the years, I have not only gained my health, but also so many friends that will be with me the rest of my life. For everything that Innovative has brought me, I am truly thankful!”
