What brings him to Innovative?
Tim is a huge fan of the pool & whirlpool and likes the great selection of new equipment to use.
What’s his routine?
Tim has been training with Dalfim 2x a week plus he works out for 45 minutes on a stationary bike and does a 1 mile walk around track 3 times a week.
What Tim says:
“Just before Memorial Day, 2019 I weighed in at my doctor’s office with the heaviest weight I’ve ever been. I wasn’t sleeping well a lot of the time and the exercise I was doing wasn’t helping me reduce my weight.
With the help of Dalfim, my wife and a determination to “not be that heavy again”, I started down a path to lose 15 pounds, then 25, and even more if I could. My wife and I started a “Whole30” low carb diet. I also tried to keep my caloric intake to 2500 calories a day. Combining my diet with daily exercise of 1,000 calories (thanks to fitbit tracking), I lost a total of 75 pounds by the end of the year.
I’ve kept the weight off and I enjoy coming to Innovative to meet with my new “workout buddies” and, of course, recovering in the nice warm whirlpool & steam room.”
