Christine decided to sign up at IHF to prioritize her health, get stronger, and lose weight.
What’s her routine?
Christine does strength training with her personal trainer, Liz 3 times a week. She also does cardio independently 2-3 times a week. She makes strength gains every week and has improved her stamina tremendously.
