Alicia grew up in Minnesota. She attended South Dakota State University where she earned a BS in Exercise Science and met her husband. She went on to become an Exercise Physiologist. She then continued her education pursuing a MS in Wellness and Human Performance from the University of Pittsburgh. She has worked with all ages: children, teenagers, college age, middle age, and elderly. Alicia has always loved being active. Her family is her #1. Alicia spends her free time going on adventures with her husband: camping, hiking, paddle boarding, boating, golfing; anything outside! Helping others live a healthy and happy life makes her life more enjoyable.
