Donna was a Division 1 Track and Field Athlete prior to working in Training and Development for a Fortune 500 company for several years. She combined her love of teaching and fitness when she began leading group exercise classes. Over the past 9 years she has taught a variety of classes. She believes that fitness is a lifestyle and part of your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
