I fell in love with sports and exercise at a very young age. I played three sports in high school and when I wasn’t competing or practicing, I was in the gym working out. I began teaching exercise classes in college at UW-Madison while working towards my Bachelor Degree in Biology and Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. I have taught a variety of fitness classes over the last 22 years! I enjoy sharing my love for health and fitness with my patients, the participants in my classes, and my friends and family! I currently work for Aurora Health Care in an outpatient physical therapy clinic with a focus on orthopedic injuries and pediatrics. I have three beautiful daughters that I adore; I hope they will learn from me to embrace their health and an active lifestyle.
