Twenty some years ago, with two small children, my husband and I started taking Spin classes as our “date night”. Today, we are still spinning together! Certified as a Mad Dog Spinning Instructor for 17 years, I have been teaching at Innovative since the day it opened. Throughout those years, I have met so many wonderful people dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and have enjoyed being a part of their journey.
