Kristi studied Marketing at MATC and Business Management at Concordia University. She spent 10 years in the corporate malting/beer industry and decided it was time to switch gears and pursue a career in fitness. Always active, Kristi enjoys participating in half-marathons and various charity running events. Her favorite activities include spending time with her family and friends, reading anything by Charles Dickens or C.S. Lewis, cooking, running and an occasional Netflix binge.
As a life-long fitness fanatic and busy working mom, I know that a fitness routine can be hard to incorporate in an already hectic schedule. Making time for yourself needs to be a priority so you can be your best for yourself and those you love. I believe that combining practical goals, effective planning and positive motivation is a recipe for goal crushing success.
