As a military spouse, I have had the opportunity to live in some amazing places from the Florida Keys to Alaska. My passion for health and wellness has followed me wherever we have lived. I like to venture out and try new things whenever I can. There is so much out there to see and do. Camping is one of my favorite activities. It’s a great way to slow down and spend quality time with my family with limited distractions. When at home, I love to cook and DIY home projects.
One size does not fit all when it comes to health and fitness. Everyone needs to follow a plan specific to their body, schedule, and goals. If along the way you find your plan isn’t working, it’s okay to change the plan…just don’t give up! Creating small, sustainable changes might take a little longer to reach your goals, but you will have the tools and knowledge needed to achieve your goals for the rest of your life.
