I am a cardio junkie who has had to change how I exercise due to back issues. I swim, bike, and teach yoga. I understand physical strengths and limitations and I teach with a physical therapy mindset. I focus on the whole body, both anterior and posterior muscle groups, in each of my classes. My classes are focused on safety of the spine and strengthening the core. If I exercise, I want to feel like it was a great workout. During the day, I work as an Orthopedic Sales Rep and I am married with two children.
