Dalfim
Dalfim has always enjoyed being fit. He knows what it’s like to go through the ups and downs of keeping a routine. However, that doesn’t stop him from giving his all, while achieving his goals – in fitness or in life. Dalfim is obsessed with obstacle course racing and has done numerous OCR races (Spartan Races, Warrior Dash, BattleFrog, Tough Mudder, Savage Race, OCR World Championship). He’s also done longer endurance events like BattleFrog’s BFX Multiple lap races, Spartan Race’s 12HR Hurricane Heat, and Gut Check’s The Suck 12HR (working towards the main event of completing their 36 hour one), and plans to participate in ‘Worlds Toughest Mudder’ added to his bucket list. Family is very important to Dalfim. He feels improving oneself or participating in an activity that you’re passionate about is essential in all aspects to be a better version of yourself life and to the people around you.
FITNESS PHILOSOPHY
Life will throw you a curve ball – we’ve all experienced that. But, every now and then, we fall into the trap of being in our comfort zone for far too long. It’s not good to be stagnant. Life was meant to be lived to the fullest. Get out there and try something new – drag someone along for the ride, as well. When you look back, it will all be worth it. Invest in yourself, and your health and you’ll reap the benefits of a more rewarding life.

FITNESS PHILOSOPHY
Exercise to make you feel better! Whether it is losing weight, toning up, or gaining muscle, you are going to feel better during and after reaching your goals. Exercise is big, but having an overall healthy lifestyle is KEY, by combining a healthy diet, stress relief, and an active lifestyle. Investing in your health and wellness through both exercise and nutrition is a big step, but a necessary one.
The time is NOW! Let’s not waste it!

Kristi studied Marketing at MATC and Business Management at Concordia University. She spent 10 years in the corporate malting/beer industry and decided it was time to switch gears and pursue a career in fitness. FITNESS PHILOSOPHY
As a life-long fitness fanatic and busy working mom, I know that a fitness routine can be hard to incorporate in an already hectic schedule. Matt
Matt’s athletic background led him to pursue a degree in exercise science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and, ultimately, to Innovative. While pursuing his degree, Matt interned as a strength and conditioning coach for the Badger’s volleyball, track, and cross country teams. When he’s not pushing himself in the gym, Matt enjoys playing a variety of sports or spending time outdoors. Typically, you can find him doing both of these things simultaneously at Lake Michigan’s beaches.
FITNESS PHILOSOPHY
It’s time to kick complacency to the curb and get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Only through pushing ourselves to the outer reaches of our abilities will we begin to see growth and improvement. Exercise is a type of “just-manageable challenge” that stresses both the mind and body. These “just-manageable challenges” have the potential to make us more resilient in every aspect of life.

Josh
I have been in the health and fitness profession for several years. In additional to personal training, I’m a Cardiac Rehab Therapist at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. This position allows me to help heart patients who are recovering from open heart surgery, stents, heart attacks and congestive heart failure. In my free time, I like to spend time with my girlfriend and young son, as well as work out and spend time outdoors. I am fortunate to have a clinical and fitness background in the health field. I believe exercise and proper nutrition are vital due to the prevalence of diseases. With proper coaching and education, I believe almost anyone can reduce the risk of disease and prolong their life.

Lynne
As a military spouse, I have had the opportunity to live in some amazing places from the Florida Keys to Alaska. My passion for health and wellness has followed me wherever we have lived. I like to venture out and try new things whenever I can. There is so much out there to see and do. Camping is one of my favorite activities. It’s a great way to slow down and spend quality time with my family with limited distractions. When at home, I love to cook and DIY home projects.
FITNESS PHILOSOPHY
One size does not fit all when it comes to health and fitness. Everyone needs to follow a plan specific to their body, schedule, and goals. If along the way you find your plan isn’t working, it’s okay to change the plan…just don’t give up! Creating small, sustainable changes might take a little longer to reach your goals, but you will have the tools and knowledge needed to achieve your goals for the rest of your life.
